The mechanics and guys at the shop are very polite and professional. Which ever vehicle I have work done on it is completed on time and price is always good. If they come across a problem that I am unaware of they call me to inform me and give me a fair price.

We are very pleased with the service. Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly. We had our car impounded and had to locate where it was. As soon as we phoned Ashland Towing they were helpful. They went outside and cleaned the car off. HELPFUL. Also when I needed a snowplow to plow my driveway. I called Ashland and he recommended his friend. Gave him a call. And he was here within a half hour. Curtis was and still is a benefit to this company. ANYONE NEEDING A TOWING COMPANY CALL ASHLAND TOWING.

Great Service, Scott and Curtis helped me December 19th, 2023 when I rolled my car on icy roads.Scott came with his tow truck and I waited in his warm tow truck uninjured until police arrived. Curtis drove me and my wrecked car to my barbershop to drop me off. Glad they were there to help and I will plan my future business with Ashland Towing.

These guys are amazing by far the best mechanics with the best prices I have found around Newaygo county.. I travel all over Michigan with my work And these guys have been able to move stuff around and get me in same day sometimes just to help me out and keep me on the road for my job. I definitely recommend these guys to anybody. I also have family members that have Ashland work on all of their vehicles and never once has there been any complaints or any problems!!!

I live in Arkansas and had my vehicle picked up near Grant, MI where the towing facility is located. My vehicle was driven from Arkansas to Michigan (without my permission). Since i live so far away, it was a situation that was complicated in nature. Scott was extremely helpful and professional retrieving my vehicle. His prices are extremely reasonable.
