Chuck has always been fabulous! He just did an inspection on a car I was going to buy. He showed me everything that was wrong with it and it saved me from making a huge mistake! I have been to them for work on my car over and over always for a different issue he is a straight shooter and will tell you the truth. Highly recommend Chuck and Cody his boy! Great team great prices and will not steer you wrong!

Dropped my car off this afternoon to have Chuck take a look at and fix the exhaust. I thought it would be a day or 2 before he even got to look at it, as he was busy with other vehicles at the time. He had it looked at and finished by the end of the day. Awesome service will definitely go back.

Chuck was able to quickly and accurately diagnose and fix an issue with my Tacoma that has been bothering me for a long time. The truck now drives like new.
Prices are reasonable and service is snappy.
They don't have a slick customer service department, so if you keep in mind you are talking to a mechanic and not a concierge you will have a good experience with Complete Auto Repair.

I called and asked a couple of questions about a starter and he went on about not wanting to give prices over the phone. He said the vehicle would have to be in front of him and apparently didn't understand that a vehicle with a dead starter isn't driving down the road. Wouldn't listen to me about it having to be towed in and obviously I'm not paying for a tow just to get an estimate.

I asked if he could give me a 2nd opinion on my exhaust leak, and he went off about not wanting to do someone else's work. He didn't even give me time to explain what I wanted before he had an outburst. Wouldn't recommend even giving them a call.

We've been dealing with Complete for many years, Chuck and his family are fantastic people. They are always more than fair prices and great services. I'd say they are the best in the State of Michigan!
