The customer service was overall good - the techs were friendly and seemed that they genuinely wanted to help resolve the issues my laptop was having. Basically, my laptop was having hardware issues, where the screen would glitch almost would be very difficult to see. I had put up with these issues for almost a whole year before finally deciding to pay the money and get it fixed. I took it there in the summer so it would be ready for me to use during the school year. The first time I brought it in, I was told it was more than likely just a loose screw and it would be easy to fix. I was told I'd get a call within a day or two with information on what was wrong. A week later, I hadn't heard anything. I called and they said they had a change in staff and my laptop was overlooked. They were really apologetic and they said the issue was just a loose wire so it was ready for pick up. After the school year started, I began using my computer regularly again, and within a week of use, the screen started having issues again. I took it back and they said they'd fix it for no extra charge. After a few days, I got it back almost a week later (and for great customer service, the tech walked it to our house in the village because we weren't going to get there by the time they closed for the weekend), and again, within a week of use, the screen was having issues again. I really debated on giving them a third chance to fix the problem, but I don't want to wait a whole week again just to have it not fixed. Also, when I got it back the second time, multiple screws were missing or really loose. I really wanted to give this small business a great review, but I'm very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Customer service was the only bright spot, but even then, I feel like my kindness was taken advantage of and other customers were prioritized.

Can't say anything good about this business or it's work on laptops. HUGE mistake taking a laptop there. On the google review the owner gives himself a 5 star review, is it just to pad his rating? Plus my review will now show up. What a joke.

Was told i was paying for a ryzen 7 5800x an he gave me a 3700x mine you i payed 2800.00 dollars for this thing and i didnt no much about it but i know i ask for and payed for the 5800x. And thats the only thing i told him i wanted forsure was the 5800x

I was in crisis and needed immediate attention. A friend of mine referred me to this place. They brought me in right away and they were able to resolve my issue within minutes for a reasonable price. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend their services.

Love this place. Is very helpful above and beyond the box stores! Helped my naive Nephew with computers purchased one from them. Explained the computer so he could understand what he was buying. Even helped him again a few weeks later when Nephew hit a button and the computer went weird. Highly recommend the Computer Source. Oh and he does so much for this community.

Excellent service from The Computer Source. I had a failing motherboard on my business laptop that had some very important databases that are critical to our business. They were able to clone the entire hard drive so every app, database and folders are in the exact location on the new laptop as they were on the old one. I bought the new laptop from them as well.
