The manager was absolutely amazing! Such a sweet lady. Her daughter was having her first baby, and even then she went above and beyond for her customers.The check in needs to be fixed, it took so long to get everything approved and I ended up having to go inside so I could even get the help with the online approval part and for the key even though I set it for contactless pick up.

The storage areas fine, the problem is they make you buy THEIR locks to lut on the units, and their locks are pure unadulterated ass sewage. They've so far only served to keep me out of my own locker. I hate them. I hate them so much. Guess what? They don't even have spares for it so if your keys get lost or fall off or anything you're SOL and they will not help you take it off. They gave us a lock that didn't even fuction to begin with. Their policy is frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Don't come here if you can help it.

Comically bad experience. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want a funny story to look back on and multiple days wasted. This place will boost your problem solving skills as they try to present obstacle after obstacle to successfully transporting your goods. Truly a unique and challenging experience that will either grow you as a person or break you down. Can you handle the challenge!?

I've been using Uhaul for all of my moving needs for year. And I have never been as disrespected as I was today. They told us the tank was full (it wasn't) but never told us to come back in if it wasn't. After putting more fuel in than we used, we brought it back and they told us we would have to be charged an ADDITIONAL $40+ for fuel charges. I stayed with our car while my boyfriend went to full up the rest of the tank and the employees are standing outside talking badly about us. Calling us "F-ing idiots. Read the d@mn fine print. Not my F-ing problem you dumb@$$" I will most certainly take my business elsewhere. The younger kids name was Ben and we couldn't see what the older gentleman's name was, but he had an unfriendly attitude and was less than welcoming. Customer service like that is a sure fire way to lose loyal customers.

Avoid, they may not have equipment. I arrived after making a reservation online the night before. No trailer was available. The person working wasn't even on-site? I had to call a phone number on the sign inside the door to find out they didn't have a trailer even though I reserved one at this location?

I rented from here a few years ago and had the best experience I've ever had with U-Haul. The owner was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I have returned a few times in the past years and it has been a great experience every time. I would give a 10 if it were possible.

They have people there who can hardly speak English. Its America So its nice to Have Americans to speak to. Also they charge odd fee's and don't tell you when they cancel your order just so the truck can be given to someone else. They let trucks be stolen off lot because people can pick up trucks after hours.

Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes before anyone pays attention to you for anything. I literally had to find someone to help me and then, guess what, wait some more. In addition their service techs are completely incompetent. I brought my truck in twice to fix the electric trailer connection, finally asked them to just replace it all whatever the cost, only to hear excuses why they couldn't do it. Stay away from this place unless you get a great deal on a rental.
