Solved a difficult problem with a recurring Check Engine Light . Only shop that would look at my 1997 VW Eurovan Camper (including the dealer).
Investigating and confirming a CEL runs $286 then then they call with the finding and the cost to repair. Might seem high at first, but tech rates at dealers and shops are $125/hr and up. And they provide a FREE loaner.
Routine services like oil changes are less.
Extremely happy to find a shop near my second home in Northern Michigan that to service this and my other VW's.
All techs are certified master technicians

Took my 1997 VW Eurovan Camper in for routine service: oil change, new air filter, and tire rotation. service was done on time. Great staff to work with. They even replaced the cable ties on the hubcaps that have a history of coming off while driving(I've replaced a couple in the past) even though I told them they didn't have to).
I can't recommend these guys enough.

Great service, fast repair work, and a loaner vehicle! These are only a few reasons that I bring all our family vehicles for trusted service over the past few years! Highly recommend them for everything mechanical. They've helped with our VW fluid leaks, Kawasaki motorcycle, RV ABS, RAM exhaust, and Subaru timing belt. They can do it all!

We brought our Sprinter RV here today due to unusual front tire wear. They did a thorough evaluation and rotated the tires and completed a front end alignment.
We felt like we were treated honestly with extremely skilled technicians. We could not be more pleased so far.
I highly recommend these folks for your repairs.

By far the best service in Northern Michigan!!! We had an issue with our DEF system and Chris was able to get our vehicle in the same day. The crew was amazing, transparent, very forthright, communicative and they even provided a free loaner vehicle. Finding an honest service shop can be challenging sometimes but we hit the lottery with Integrity. They are now our go to shop for all things vehicle related. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Called Integrity for a alternator replacement, they told me they couldnt get to it right away, but they would provide a loaner when one was available. I was told they would call when loaner was available, and what do you know, they called me back later that day to let me know one was available. I had already fixed the alternator and was very impressed with the quick follow up. I will use Integrity for all mY issues moving forward. Thanks!!!! Nemz

Milton and rest of his team were very professional and knowledgeable. Had my car fixed and ready to go in 24 hours. Also gave me a free loner car just in case it took longer.

I have had numerous vehicles serviced over the past several years and I have yet to have a bad experience from Milton and his team. If you want a legitimate estimate and quick service call Integrity. The vehicles I have had serviced there were, GMC, Jeep, Mercedes, BMW and Ford. I only wish they were closer to Traverse City but it's still worth the drive to see them just South of Chums Corners's .
