FYI, you better check the charge indicator in the battery operated man lift for cutting trees before you take off with it. Manager is renting the units with dead batteries and not being honest about it. Don’t expect any compensation if you get to the job site and the battery is dead with a full crew standing there looking at you, wondering what they are supposed to do paying them by the hour 🤔🥲

Everyone at Dubois is always so helpful. The staff in the store is always looking if you need help with anything. The lumber center helps you get any lumber you need loaded quickly. The rental center staff explains how to use the equipment well and helps you load and unload. I always appreciate the great service here!
