At our most recent fill-up, Brian noticed that our regulators needed to be replaced and upgraded (at no charge). He arranged a date to come take care of it. He showed up right on time, actually a wee bit early! His work was thorough and efficient, and he made sure everything was working fine before he left. Very satisfied.Tom W

Superlative customer service no matter the issue at hand. Ordering refills, making payments, and service calls for leaks…are all handled quickly. Ferrellgas sets the bar high, and I recommend them without reservation.

Overall, I am very happy with Ferrellgas and been a customer for 3+ years. People are friendly and follow-up with a call when they say they are going to do that. However, when I contacted them and let them know that their logic to estimate Budget Billing is flawed, things went south.The Budget Billing rep(s) kept telling me how they calculate the estimate even though I told them multiple times that I already know this even after explaining why it was flawed. She also stated that they couldn't change the monthly amount, stating corporate policy, even though they have lowered mine before. Absolutely frustrating. It was like talking to a brick wall.Please have a corporate management person who has oversite for determining Budget Billing estimates contact me.*** PLEASE READ BELOW ***For any application, data has to be normalized before doing a calculation. Using deliveries over the last 12 months does not normalize the data.To get an accurate estimate of future usage, using deliveries for the 12-month cycle, one has to account for all time periods/months between deliveries and use this value as the denominator, even if it's over 12 months. This normalizes the data. Example - If deliveries are on the first day and the last day of the 12-month cycle, the denominator has to be greater than 12 to normalize the data to estimate future usage.

Very helpful person on the phone helped me set up a new account. Delivery was actually AHEAD of the expected date, driver was just pulling out as we came in the driveway! I would highly recommend this company.
