Great customer care, courteous staff and very professional work. Highly recommended! There's nothing like the feeling of being stranded by your vehicle on a road trip. It happened to me, and the Grayling Auto Repair took care of everything and got me back on the road in short order. Very helpful people when you need them most.

We were on vacation, from out of state. We barely made it here, after hitting a deer. We asked if there was any way they could repair our car, so it was drivable and get us back on the road.. Tammy was more then sympathetic and said, tho they were swamped, they could take our car. She even gave us a ride to a hotel.
The mechanic was thorough and very kind. It was late Thursday morning when we arrived. We got the call our repairs were completed on late Friday afternoon.
We could not be more grateful for the friendly, quick service we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 8/14/25

Body damage from an accident last week started rubbing on our tire while driving from Ann Arbor to the UP. We stopped at this auto repair shop at almost closing time on a Friday afternoon. We didn’t expect them to have time to help us but they graciously took the time to fix the problem and get us back on the road quickly. I couldn’t be happier! Nice people who are willing to go the extra mile, even for out of town customers! Great price too! I recommend them without reservation!

If I could do more than 5 stars I will. Out of privacy to this family and business, I'll just say they are top notch PEOPLE and mechanics, and went way above and beyond to help my wife and I continue our journey to Louisiana for my granddaughters birthday, when we were sure we couldn't make it. Aaliyah at the front desk was wonderful. My family and I were traveling from Ann Arbor to Traverse City and got a flat tire on our way. Aaliyah was super helpful and assured me they would go out and pick up a tire for my car and get it fixed asap. While waiting for our car to be fixed she provided candy and good company for my myself and my son. Thank you again for your help!

On my way from Grand Rapids to Mullet Lake last Thursday, my wife and I lost a tire near Grayling on I75. These guys told me Friday morning they were slammed but they stayed late so I could go home Sunday! Greatly appreciate their willingness to do that and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I was out of town and traveling through Grayling when my 2016 suburban would not start. I had the vehicle towed to Grayling auto repair and was able to have the problem diagnosed with a new starter installed within four hours and was extremely pleased with the service I received and the timeliness and professionalism. Thank you so much for getting me out of a bind.

We have taken our cars here for a couple of years now. Today (11/5/2024), I noticed a noise coming from the belt area. I stopped in to just have them look at it and then schedule an appointment. They said it was the serpentine belt and they could fix it right then for me. I was there less than 30 minutes and was back on the road! Great folks, great work, highly recommend !!
