Grayling Car Care is our go-to mechanic for both of our vehicles. They consistently deliver fast, reliable service at a very respectable rate. Whenever we have an urgent issue, Ray gets us in immediately and has the repair done the same day. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and efficiency, and we feel truly lucky to have this kind of dependable service right here in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Service is always timely, efficient, and well done. I drive from Traverse City just to have my car maintenance done here. Customer service is top tier and these guys are a wealth of knowledge. Prices are very reasonable as well.

The reason for my 3 star review is because I am extremely disappointed. My van broke down unexpectedly this summer and I chose grayling car care because I thought they were a reliable and trustworthy place. They quoted me $4600 for my service and I counted on them to stick the that price within reason. I even called to reasurre myself that it would be that price and I was specifically told "yes it is that price there are so surprises". Come to find out they charged me additional $500 dollars. When I questioned it, Erika at the front desk just basically laughed in my face and couldn't care a less. She said that my original price didn't include labor. I've never heard of a place quoting you without labor. I think it is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to do to someone. This was a huge expense for me that I tried budgeting for all summer and having them surprise me with an additional $500 was extremely frustrating not to mention her lack of empathy.

As a woman it’s quite intimating to go to a mechanic. But Grayling Care Care completely eliminated my concerns. I took my vehicle in for a brake check (38,000 miles) as I heard a sound that made me believe I may need brakes. From the time I arrived staff was friendly and helpful. After almost an hour of checking brakes front and rear, fluids, I was told my car was in excellent condition and did not need a thing. It was just sand. They rotated my tires and charged me $15. For the entire time. I felt guilty and offered to pay more for their time but they refused. Such a good experience! Thank you Grayling Car Care, I will tell all my friends and family.

Highly recommended! Ray was great and very thorough with explaining the problem and fixing. Took pictures of the problems and even showed me the defective parts. We will be lifetime customers for sure! Thanks again Grayling Auto Care!

I didn't went, but I called because most possible I had to go, be towed to there, and they respond pretty fast the phone and help me with all questions and the principal one that was, in case I need to be tow there, because the place it's closed weekends, is no problem the vehicle arrives there after hours? And they were very happy to help.

Ray is great!! We have brought our vehicles to him for awhile. This last time it was a new to me Prius. It needed break work done. He was able to squeeze me in the day he closed before his Christmas holiday. Got my car all fixed. I had to take it back in after he returned from the holiday as what he fixed wasn't working properly. He ordered new parts at no charge to me and got it fixed back up. I highly recommend using him for any auto repairs you may need. Thanks Grayling Car Care for being awesome!
