Our driveway was so badly damaged from the winter snow plow company that a Spectrum van became buried up to the bumper in sand. Milliken's re- graded and filled in with road gravel leveling everything and even gave us twice the parking space we had before. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. Very professional and kind.

Contracted Millikin to have portable toilets dropped off for us. They were on time, and even moved the portables closer to where we were so it was less of a walk due to the weather. They also were on standby for the weekend we were there if anything was to happen. They ensured portables were clean as well. Highly recommend Millikin’s.

Jack Millikin did a fantastic job converting a sadly neglected pole barn on our recently acquired cottage property into a great usable garage. When they started the garage doors closed poorly on a dirt floor and 2 cords of firewood were stored inside, the grading on the surrounding lot was a mess with an old wooden shed next to the garage and several trees too close to the back wall of the building. Access to the site was not great either. Millikin cleaned out the building and neatly stacked the firewood in new racks I put under a shelter close to our cottage, excavated and removed 4 inches of sand inside the building, removed the derelict shed, removed trees, poured new floor with a dry pit drain and 4ft aprons. They did a great job of grading the lot around the building, added gravel behind the building, topsoiled and seeded the freshly graded lot. They hauled 2 10yd dump loads of sand, trees and junk removed from the building including a few additional items I asked them to get rid of. They were just excellent to work with and did a massive amount of high quality work at a great price.
