I recently visited MI Mobile to get my phone's battery replaced, and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they efficiently address the issue, but the staff was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about wireless 5G home internet, and they took the time to explain the different options and recommend the best fit for my needs. The store itself is spacious and well-stocked, with a wide range of mobile devices and accessories. If you're looking for expert service and a great selection, MI Mobile is definitely worth checking out.

Scott and Alex at Mi Mobile are amazing! Scott went above and beyond to help me get the data off from my old phone and then helped me erase everything so I could trade it in safely. I will definitely come back to Mi Mobile if I have any issues with cellphones or computers in the future. Thanks, guys!!

Been here multiple times to fix an iPhone. The fourth time replacing the same screen (accident prone and apparently faulty replacement parts) I arrived an hour before they closed to be told they wouldn’t have time and it needed to wait until the following day, even though it’s a 45minute drive one way for me, just so the technician could leave 30 minutes before closing time (he was parked right next to me and pulled out when I was getting into my vehicle) Will ensure my phone is backed up this time and will either purchase new or drive over 3 hours somewhere else so I never have to come back to this establishment. Horrible experience for someone who spends so much money in the same store for the same quick fix. Too bad too because I needed to get new phones and internet and was considering purchasing here. No thanks! Save your time and money and choose places with better customer service.

I work at Verizon here in Grayling michigan. I've been able to send a number of customers to Ami mobile over the last couple of months and they have provided the highest level of service. I'm grateful to have a company so nearby that can specialize in areas that we don't hear. I would recommend this place to anyone who has legitimate maintenance to be done on their phone that we simply can't provide at my location.
