The gentleman who showed up did a wonderful job loading and unloading my car. Warm, clean truck this chilly Dec day, which was very much appreciated. USAA referred them and I'm glad I'm no longer on the side of the road! Great choice of an employee as well. He represents your business as one would expect. His conduct, appearance and articulation all 4.0Military representative too !! Well done

Had a flat tire. Having had flat tires in the past and knowing that tire shops installed them with air wrenches, we didn't even attempt to change it ourself. Upon calling Phil's, we were told they would be there in 30 minutes. About an hour and a half later, we received a follow up call about the service call and they requested our location. We were told they were unhooking an another vehicle and would be heading our way. While waiting, we proceeded to get the spare lowered and slowly and with great challenge, started removing the nuts. When we received yet a third call from them, about three hours later, they hadn't even left town. We told them to forget it as we were almost done changing the tire ourselves. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.

We had to have our 2015 suburban towed to a transmission shop in Grayling, and Phil's driver( I don't even think we got his name) was so curtious and prompt. He even called and asked how many people we had turned around and got a bigger truck to fit our family of five plus our fur baby. I would recommend these guys for any reason you may need for a tow. Great experience. The gentleman called us before arriving. We told him there were 5 of us and a doggy. He asked if he could turn around and go get the bigger truck. My husband and I said absolutely. It was a smooth ride to our destination. Thank you again.

Very polite and professional associate.Might not wanna speak on military politics to customers in uniform. Our uniform is apolitical.$78 for driving around the corner 0.2 miles...little steep.
