“When I got there, there had been a slight mix up. The lady behind the desk had given my truck away. It took a few minutes but she promptly fixed the situation with charm and grace. She was fantastic. Very friendly and apologetic for the mix up. Admitted she was at fault and took care of it in a way that was fast and did not inconvenience me. I would definitely use this uhaul depot again. Even when they screw up their awesome!!!”
