Walgreens is struggling to give good pharmacy service while adjusting to the Rite-aid customers. Far too many issues should've been thought of before they bought out all of the Rite-aids. I certainly hope Walgreens gets it together soon! FYI...the pharmacy asst. need to be patient with the new customers who do not know how this pharmacy works. It is different than Rite-aid, so don't be so snippy with us!

The drive through is a joke. Long slow lines and they close for lunch… really!? You can’t take turns on lunch? Now I gotta wait for pharmacist to tell him for the millionth time that I’m not pregnant before getting my meds. Ugh I hate this pharmacy.

Lazy and unprofessional. Walgreens is not worth your time, there are better pharmacies in Grayling. I started using them in 2006 but they have fallen hard. Try calling corporate to make a complaint. I changed All my scripts to the Medicine shop today, I can't deal with them constant mistakes every time I head to the Pharmacy. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

My mentally challenged wife noticed that Nicole was being rude to a customer and, being child-minded, commented "Wow, you're rude to the customers". By the time the story reached the manager, my wife, Amber, is said to have cussed Nicole out, which is slanderous. Then, the manager approached Amber today and told her that, if she does it again, she'll be banned from the store. Well she didn't do it the first time. It was a lie. Amber is owed an apology. She was treated like a 2nd class citizen just because she's retarded.

The ER sent in a prescription at 530a this morning. The pharmacy opened at 9a. It's now 1p and was just told it will be at LEAST 15 minutes.

Very poor experiences in the photo department. I had to upload photos several times before they would appear in the app, online upload wouldn't work at all. Then at pick up I had half my order missing and it took several trips to the store to get my entire order. The clerk treated me like the mistake was my fault. They are understaffed in all departments.

Recently I went to get my second shingles shot. It was 1:05 PM. I was being waited on by a very nice gray haired lady in the pharmacy. Everything was going fine until a younger woman woman working the drive through told her she couldn’t do it. I would have to come back after their lunch break. I know they go to lunch at 1:30. I said but it’s 1:05. Can’t do it. Paperwork. It doesn’t take 25 minutes to fill out paperwork and get your shot. I had filled out paperwork for the first shot. I shouldn’t have to do it again. The gray haired lady was surprised at the comment from the other worker. She was very nice but the other young lady was NOT. I guess their lunch half hour has expanded to an hour. Great service from one pharmacy employee but terrible from another who wasn’t even involved with the transaction. I agree with most of the reviews regarding the pharmacy service.
