The lady who is working today oct 29th at 1pm gives wring information. Said I wasn't allowed to keep my old Sims card'lie' said I couldn't keep my phone unless I had it for 3 months 'lie' she was extremely rude and is 100% a liar

I called and spoke with Jamie she was so nice and helpful, with every question I had. I had many questions. I wanted to set up a new account. For my son, for his birthday. She gave me all the details I need to do that.

Terrible service very rude. Lady was very rude and should not be in customer service, very vague knowledge in her feild. Go to Cricket right next door if you want wow factor service. A very futile personality.

The best Boost location I have ever dealt with. And I have used several. Ashley was extremely helpful during every phone call and then when we visited the store. Bought 2 new phones and she was quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend the Greenville location.

Professional, clean, fast service. Switched from T-Mobile , took 10 min. Very helpful and understanding, and I saved 30$ a month. Better service all around , with T-mobile I couldn’t even use my phone without wifi. Now I can most anywhere I go.
