Terrible service very rude. Lady was very rude and should not be in customer service, very vague knowledge in her feild. Go to Cricket right next door if you want wow factor service. A very futile personality.

The best Boost location I have ever dealt with. And I have used several. Ashley was extremely helpful during every phone call and then when we visited the store. Bought 2 new phones and she was quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend the Greenville location.

Professional, clean, fast service. Switched from T-Mobile , took 10 min. Very helpful and understanding, and I saved 30$ a month. Better service all around , with T-mobile I couldn’t even use my phone without wifi. Now I can most anywhere I go.

Switching our service to spectrum because of terrible service when I go just north of greenville or anywhere north of greenville pretty much and they won't unlock one of our phones its been 4 days. They say it's unlocked but still locked. And it's 1/3 rd of the price and was told much better cell service. And so far it has been.We switched to spectrum. The service is way better the internet works fast north of greenville. No problems it's so much better.Bost refused to unlock one of our phones they claimed it was unlocked but it wasn't the spectrum representative was on the phone for hours went into the bost store after 5 days of this we gave up and spent $700 on a new phone.Do not get your service through bost. I am bery happy with spectrum better service, better customer service less expensive.

Went to this store this past Sunday with there hours of operation of 12 pm to 5 pm, got there at 12 and not open, stayed around till 12:45 pm and still wasn't open. I left and called them at 2 pm and still no answer or open. Whats the point in having store hours if your not going to open?

Ashley at Greenville store was AMAZING! She helped my disabled brother with getting all of his phone numbers back since his old phone wouldn’t turn on at all! I would definitely go back there !

Boost uses likewize device protection which is a HUGE SCAM COMPANY. I lost hundreds. Google them under BBB. Tons of horrible reviews of others being scammed. Will be switching from boost because they allow their customers to purchase scam phone insurance.
