“I called a couple days before I needed the SUV. They said everything was all set. When I got there on Friday to pick it up it was there and ready to go. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. We had plenty of room for my two grand kids and my son and his wife . Had a GREAT Trip in Tennessee.”
