Well I lost my phone went to cricket to get a new phone and asked them to switch old information off my old phone to my new phone well they need my Gmail account had to call Google come to find out my Gmail was hacked someone opened to crypto accounts in Germany and China I had to change my Gmail account I don't trust cricket like Google fixed cricket mess

Love cricket as a company but the Greenville cricket is starting to go down hill. I think it’s very unprofessional how I’ve called multiple times and it’s rings for about four rings and then just automatically hangs up. I also ordered a phone said that it would be at my house the next day and it’s not at my house. The estimated delivery says Monday when I was told it would come in today I don’t know if the manager knew today would’ve been a weekend or not. But I’m not really happy when I’m trying to call the store to find out about where my phone is at it rings and hangs up .

Lousy service. Manager is incompetent. Shut my service off and charged me to turn it back on because of mistake on computer. 4 days and hours on the phone with customer service and she refuses to give my refund.

Miguel was super friendly, walked me through doing an insurance claim on my phone. Candice the manager was able to answer every question, down to when I should expect my phone to be delivered. She was spot on. They know their stuff! This is the go to store. Will always direct everyone I know to Candice and Miguel. Never have to worry when I have these two to help!

Inconsistent customer service. I had a great experience when I switched over to cricket and then talked to the same rep who set up my account which I would have rated 5 stars but hung up on me 4 times after making my first payment because I asked if my payment went through.

I will start by saying that Nellie deserves a raise! Nellie was more than amazing and helpful to not only myself but others in the store when I was in there. Nellie helped me and got my phone plan switched to cricket and handled the mess I got myself into with professionalism, grace, and kindness. While I was on hold with my previous carrier waiting, Nellie was an outstanding employee and was able to help two other people successfully. I was truly impressed with how Nellie was able to multi-task and assist with all of us. Great work!!
