I'm just done at this point... they run out of the meds, meds are on back order. Prescriptions from the ER shouldn't take 3 or 4 days. How do have customers taking medications and you run out? Doesn't your system track what you need? We used to love them, but it's just became frustrating to use this pharmacy. No customer care, filling is so slow, stock and ordering have errors somewhere if you're always running out.

Due to the medicines I take I will receive text messages frequently from the pharmacy to contact them with questions, but when I try to call no one answers or you are placed on hold for over 15 minutes and it will just disconnect you. Very frustrating. Wait time in the drive-thru is often lined out to the road I definitely feel like they could review some processes and make receiving your prescriptions a little smoother

I was told my daughter's script would be ready after 7pm. When I arrived at 7:10pm I was told it was out of stock and wouldn't arrive until tomorrow (Wed) after my wife was told it would be ready after 7pm. After more questioning we find that their inventory is incorrect and they do have it in-stock. Instead of getting around right away I am sent to back of a 10 car line in the drive-thru to wait and my alternative when I walk inside is to wait in a 6 person line. This isn't the first time this type of miscommunication has happened at this pharmacy. It's just sad that all the dmall home town pharmacies have been forced out of business by giant corporations and clueless politicians. The days of personal customer service are over we are all just a number to them anymore.

The Greenville, MI. Meijer pharmacy went above and beyond to fill a very important script for me. My wife and I were really impressed with the service and assistance in a very problematic situation. Great, friendly, top level proffesional service. Thank you so much!

Each time I go through the drive thru to pick up any prescriptions for myself,dogs or spouse, Im treated with respect, kindness and service is consistently punctual,efficient and professional.I am grateful for the Greenville Meijer Pharmacy! Thank you!

Worst pharmacy. Moved to Michigan from Arizona doctor called in prescription to Meijers pharmacy filled prescription which they filled with generic medication and I can’t take. Transferred medication over to Walmart and they didn’t have medication. I was talking to both pharmacies, but my messages were not posted in my record, and the medication was not ordered. I did all the foot work to get prescription filled. It seemed no one wanted to help out a customer.

Nice enough pharmacy people but if you want and need your medication’s do not go to that pharmacy ever since Covid they are extremely subpar and I have not had a good experience in years go anywhere else else but Meijer pharmacy

Been waiting for script to be filled for a month. Very rarely have enough people working to keep up with demand, so lines are extremely long. The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Switching to mail order scripts.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! They NEVER have the prescription correct and they don’t call to ask, they wait until you show up and wait in line for a half hour to tell you it’s not ready. Save yourself the time and go ANYWHERE else. They are seriously the worst.

Called in prescription at 9am. Said it would be ready at noon. Waited in line from 3pm until 4:10pm just to be told it wasn't ready! Are you kidding me. Then the lady was very rude an told me I should have called to verify that it was ready. Like it was my fault! Will not be using this pharmacy again. Absolutely ridiculous.

This pharmacy needs the head/regional manager to take a look. This is by far the worst Meijer pharmacy out. Nothing is ever in stock from diabetes supplys, emergency prescriptions, inhalers. It's always a 5+ day wait. You can't order ahead with my insurance as they give you the exact amount you need for the month. So on the 26th your medicine is out and your at the mercy of this terrible pharmacy. I usually have to drive all the way to Rockford and transfer my prescriptions. They're always in stock at Rockford and there is never a wait. From the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one having this problem. Makes you wonder if they stock anything at all
