Jen provided the best customer service experience I have had in a long time this evening. She patiently helped me determine that an unusual functional issue with my phone was indeed affecting my ability scan a medical device I rely upon. She provided the best solution for my needs. I will go back next time I need services. Also, the store was clean and welcoming.

The phantom bill you they in. They make you go. Talk to them on the phone for hours to convince them that they did wrong and then they make you wait for your money to get reimbursed because they overcharge you and overcharge you and overcharge you

My old (06) Iphone was in the process of dying through Verizon and that carrier did not offer me any promotions even though I've been a customer for over 20 years. I switched to Charter/Spectrum because I already had internet through them and Verizon does not service my zipcode. My customer service rep (Litzy) was amazing and even came in the next day (her day off) to get me through it. Despite the fact that no one can switch my information over to the new phone (the old one is so old that I have no idea what the Apple passcode is and it can't be reset ugh) I'm happy with the new phone and the service. BEWARE-IPHONE people. Be sure to save your APPLE password especially if it's older. BTW, Best Buy can transfer info but it costs 40.00.

Can’t give no stars so a one is what they’ll get. Had to return equipment. So went to GR to run errands. Found out that you can’t return at the Grand Rapids store you have to go to holland or Greenville. Went to Greenville store and waited and waited. Customer service rep was rude. Needs an attitude adjustment. Spectrum needs to invest in training. Was unaware that you need an appointment to return. They had employees working but only one was actually working. Customer service needs a definite upgrade.

The Store Manager Brennan is super helpful and kind. Helped everyone who needed help, customers and employees. Long wait times, but he made it fun by just chatting with us! Asked us how we liked our services and so on! Spectrum hired a good one! If y'all have any problems or issues, come see him! Such a sweetheart! Would give more stars if I could!

Too few locations for mobile phone services but at this store you can make an appt and they got me in and out quick when I needed them a few years ago. Experienced and friendlyOne thing I would caution anyone doing mobile phone transactions, do it online yourself or at the store. Never over the phone. It's totally hit and miss whether you get someone who does it right or not and new phones are expensive if they miss the check box that says "$600 off special with trade-in" literally several hours on the phone trying to fix! They expect you to sign the contract up front too. Hopefully credit comes later after you send in your phone. No mention of that in the contract however!

If you don't plan on purchasing an internet account then you can not get a Mobile account my father already has an account at my address so I can not get mobile service unless he puts me on his plan or I purchase another internet service plan and why would I do that because we're that already has it and we live together but I don't want to be on his mobile account so therefore that's pretty much b*******

Spectrum is absolutely terrible. Trying to port my number from Mint Mobile and they have taken 2 WEEKS so far. The terrible thing is that the number is now "locked" in a porting no-man's land and I can't get them to release it so I can port elsewhere (Verizon tried but they said they couldn't because Spectrum has it tied up and they can't jump them in the queue). I have filed a complaint with the FCC so we'll see if that straightens them out, but I doubt it will.

Cancelled tv service 9 days into a billing cycle only to have autopay take the full month. Customer service is a joke. The right thing would be to credit me the days not used but they choose not to. Horrible company. Avoid if possible.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Promised me my bill would go back down to the normal amount so I didn’t cancel, then it didn’t go back down and now I’ve got to pay the increased amount 2 months in a row, the whole reason I called after the first one was to cancel unless they fixed it, they said it was fixed and now it’s not!!! They are liars who will secretly increase your bill…then tell you they will lower it back down to what it was at just to keep you, and they don’t actually fix anything!!!!! LIARS
