If you’re going there to buy a vehicle do not trust a single word Vince tells you, tried selling me a “great car” with a laundry list of maintenance problems and pretended like they were nothing when confronted.

Definitely wouldn’t call it “Express Lube”. Waited about 45 min only to find out they hadn’t even started working on my vehicle yet, and it would be another 35-45 min once they started it. We took our vehicle somewhere else.Service: Auto maintenance

They told me my brake pads were bad and needed to be changed. Looked at them at home, and they were fine. Next time I went in they magically grew thicker.Another time I was told I had an oil leak. When I got home I popped the hood to look and saw they didn’t screw the cap on. Those things combined with gouging an oil change price to $90 will deter me from returning.

Scheduled an appointment for Friday morning at 8 am. I show up and they never put me in the system. Appointment scheduled over 2 weeks in advance. I told them I could leave the vehicle and I would need it Monday to get to work. Over the weekend I get no call or anything about looking or fixing the vehicle. I show up at 730 already late for work and they say they haven't even looked at the vehicle. What is the point of making an appointment if it will not even be looked at. Now winter is here and the problem (water in the door) I'm sure will only get worse as that water freezes. Very disappointing for a place to bring things that are worth thousands and then to have this kind of service.

recently had to take my cadillac pickup into this dealership for an electrical problem that required them to rebuild my main wiring harness. it took a great deal of time and effort but they resolved the the problem. the service writer art gonzalez went above and beyond in keeping me informed and follow up of the service being done. i think he and this dealership service department is excellent.

very disappointed with service department. Brought vehicle in for scheduled service and 4 hours later nothing had been started on repair. The service manager and service advisor wer less than truthful in their response. Both honesty and integrity are questionable based on their response. My past experience with Art were fantastic and professional.

We had a warm welcome and we genuinely enjoyed everyone’s company. My families specifications and requirements for this purchase were luckily all met. They had the perfect car on their lot for us! The processes was easy and fairly quick yet enjoyable and we had a 5 week old with us! Thank you Rick, Mike,Ashley and Shelby for an enjoyable car shopping experience.

I think 4 stars is a little high but 3 is too low. My brother and I went to get his windshield wipers fixed. We went in and they took the SUV and came back in about 1/2 hr. I asked if it took about 5 minutes? He said an "oil change takes about 1/2 hr". What? My brother showed him the email confirmation of his appointment and it said nothing about an oil change. It only showed the wiper situation. Our attendant was very concerned and attentive. They did take the SUV back and fixed the wipers. It was the wiper transmission that went out and that costs $90. But he only charged us for the oil change, which was $60. So, in conclusion, your in-person staff is great, but maybe take a look at your appointment accuracy. At least, verified what the customer wants before performing a service.

They did not want to take the time to contact a claims department to find out what they need to submit a claim. She said she needed my car up there to get info, which she should have already had on the work order which I forgot to get a copy of. They are not quality service and I came from a quality driven job and you do what ever you could for your customer. This company sure is not about quality service. This is the Service Department I’m referencing.

I purchased a 2018 equinox today from Jimmy and I will say when it's time to purchase another vehicle I will be back. The one thing that I really liked was that he was not pushy at all. He took probably 10 minutes to find the car I saw on the website so I could test drive it!!! Thank you so much Jimmy for all your help!! You made my car buying experience GREAT!!!
