I purchased a screen protector for $65 and the protector covered the forward facing camera. So Peyton apologized and said that I could either return it right away or I could wait till they got the corrected screens in and exchange it for the right one later. I chose to wait and exchange it for the right one. Needless to say life got busy and I waited past the 30 days. They will not honor the exchange. I tried to support our local businesses and chose to wait and exchange it later like they suggested. Now I’m out my money and it will be the last time I spend it there. I’ll be getting my phones directly through Verizon and I will just get my accessories online at a much cheaper price. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wish I had there job to sit around all day and tell customer while chewing food they have no clue how to do anything. Good thing my teenager understands tech stuff and fix it for me. And atleast he wasn't chewing while talk holding my phone

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Stephen for helping me yesterday getting my phone activated. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service and no one could help me. I walked in amd was greeted quickly and was out within 5 minutes. Thank you again for the great customer service.

I stopped in to see what I could upgrade my old phone and plan to and was immediately greeted by Peyton, who throughout our ENTIRE 4 and a half hour interaction was nothing but amazing. I was shown and got explained everything in detail. Every one of my questions was answered and the entire time Peyton was very cordial, polite, and had a smile on her face. Extremely pleased with the service and atmosphere.

I went there yesterday and the day before and I believe the guys name was Andrew but he was awesome he helped me with everything and even got me a nice phone for my daughter and helped me set that all up for her..he didn't act like I was taking up his time even though each time I was there it was a few hours..deff happy with my experiences there :) and I dont leave many reviews for things.

Stopped in today to get my stepdad a cellphone for the first time (crazy, I know!) and we were lucky to have Nathaniel help us out. I don’t usually mention names if I leave a review somewhere, but he deserves recognition for being so friendly and making the process smooth from start to finish! Top notch customer service, super fun to chat with, and so knowledgeable about the services/products they carry. We felt like we could really trust his recommendations/expertise. We also appreciated that we didn’t feel rushed - he made sure we were taken care of and had all our questions answered. My stepdad left with a snazzy new Galaxy S22 Ultra that he is already really enjoying. We will be back to see Nathaniel soon once the next family member is ready for a phone upgrade! Highly recommend this shop for all your cellphone and related tech needs!UPDATE: I came to Russell Cellular/Verizon again to add another phone/family member to my plan. As always, Nathaniel was very helpful and I also received assistance from another one of their associates, Jessica! Jessica spent a significant amount of time with me helping to get the new device set up properly and assisting me in pulling the old phone # from a separate phone servicer over to the new phone/Verizon plan! There were some technical difficulties and Jessica totally could’ve sent me home/had me try to figure it out, but instead she patiently sat with me and made all the necessary calls to get the technical issues taken care of and ensure the phone number was transferred properly! Can’t thank both Nathaniel and Jessica enough for their assistance. They do a great job taking care of customers in a busy store. We highly recommend this location for any phone needs and will keep coming back to them!

Nathaniel was trying to fleece an old couple while I was next in line for service, getting ready to buy a galaxy s23 pro. They couldn't afford to get on the plan that he wanted them to get with brand new phones. The husband said all he wanted to do was switch the phones they were bringing with them. I tried helping the couple out and was immediately kicked out. VULTURES!! I WILL NOT BE USING VERIZON!! NOR WILL I BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEIR STORES! Went to the spectrum store, same service lines, good customer service not based on commission, they actually helped me. I hope that couple listened and left this "store."

Worst customer service ever. Just switched from T-Mobile and brought my son in cause it wasn’t working properly during set up and the guy said that we had to pay for help with it and was rude. I’ll drive to another store rather than deal with a lazy customer service rep.

Absolutely worst place to buy a phone. The guy who runs this place is not a nice guy. If you need to pay your post paid bill in cash go somewhere else. DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THIS VERIZON. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND UNGRATEFUL FOR THEIR JOBS.
