I didn't appreciate that when I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I was told basically no and she was gonna tell me the same thing she did.The answering service people are very rude and not helpful they are basically a buffer so the pharmacist doesn't have to speak to you which is ridiculous!! It's already a long wait to speak with anyone than to not receive any help.makes it so much worse!! They do have a pharmacist that has worked their for years since my kids were so little he is great and so helpful we lived by him at one time.again he is amazing I have literally started a call from my house at turk lake and been on hold till I waited in line and walked up to the counter in the store over 30 mins they acted as if that was the norm well it shouldn't be gone more people better yet get rid of the answering service people! That would be a start?

On April 22, I requested a refill of my prescription. Same day at 2:48 PM, I recieved a text message saying my prescription was ready for pick up. April 23 and my prescription is still not ready! I've had to reschedule doctor appointment multiple times over this! When I asked multiple times about why I was receiving messages saying it was ready for pick up when it wasn't. She didn't look at computer or ask anyone. Just I dont know what happened. Could careless about waist my time. Definitely will not be back!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My first visit required a one hour wait in line with only one person in front of me. After that they can't locate your account and then they can only find 1 of 2 prescriptions. The provider had to call them because they were not looking in the right spot. They also said it is typical for them to loose everything. Three visits and I will never go back.

No preventative measures taken by staff to keep customers or themselves safe. No one is wiping off any of the surfaces as people/staff come & go. Stay away, far away!!!

Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to! Sat in line for over 15 mins before 1 car had even left and I had 3 vehicles in front of me, with 3 in the other lane that were there before me. Currently sitting for over 20 minutes, and still only the 1 vehicle has left. What a joke!

Everytime I go there to buy a pepsi 1.25 liter it is always expired. Have commented to staff multiple times and all I here is I'll let management know. They never remove it from the shelf and it still hasn't changed.
