Their error with a passport photo caused me time and great inconvenience. Manager and clerk rude, condescending and unhelpful. Will not enter Greenville Walgreens again.

Waiting hours for a prescription refill. I call it in first thing in the morning. Called 4 hours later and I was asked if I wanted right away? Oh my!! NO let's wait until next week!!!! Not Acceptable!!!

Waited over 30 minutes for my son to get a covid test. After 10 minutes, they made him put a mask on and still made him wait, saying they were waiting for his paperwork after they said he could come in early and get in. Such a lie. Be prepared for a very long wait if you need anything.

WORST PHARMACY YOU COULD GO TO! Every month they would say they are out of stock for my son's medication. Month after month after month I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I switched his medications as they recommended so they would have it in stock consistently. Go figure after switching they still don't have it in stock. I spoke to their team and they told me they would put my son on a list so that they could order it before it was due to assure it'd be in stock. This month was the last straw. They sent me a voicemail and a text a week ago saying they were out of stock and ordered more. No updates after. This pharmacy does not care if they have their patients medications or not. Have never had this problem with any other pharmacy before switching to Greenville Walgreens Pharmacy.

So I have always just walked in for Flu vaccine, this time with an appointment it took 45 minutes. THERE WERE VERY FEW CUSTOMERS and Noone else waiting for a vaccine. This is unacceptable.

An employee back in the pharmacy kept interrupting me while I was trying to tell her what I needed.”Date of birth”,she said . I continued to try to finish my sentence figuring that she may eventually need some of this info and three more words in she repeated herself in a more aggressive voice.She then proceeded to ask me questions that I had already told her in my opening statement. Once we got things strait she said it would be about fifteen minutes.I wandered around the store and came back in twenty minutes waited for another ten and then left. This was yesterday. The medicine I need will be in tomorrow. The pharmacist at this store needs to monitor how the people at the counter are treating customers and weed out the rude ones. It’s not that hard to be nice.I plan to visit there at least once a week, find that rude woman and demand answers to absurd questions about random items. She has no idea what can she just opened.

Very unhelpful. They tell people one thing and do another. Always have a hard time getting prescriptions. I'm transferring them to a different pharmacy

I have never in my life dealt with a pharmacy so incompetent. They treat you as if they’re doing you a favor, begrudgingly, by SLOWLY doing their job. If they’re out of a medication they don’t even tell you until you have to call in and ask why your script isn’t filled. The app tells you that your script has been filled, but you get there and it’s not. So sick of this. ??

I will be bringing my business elsewhere. I stood in line to ask the pharmacist/pharmacy employees for help looking for a specific vitamin. I was sent off to look for myself again, after already stating I was not able to find it. Thanks Walgreens, I will not be back.

Requested mail delivery for a prescription that was already filled and ready, was not sent out until Friday three days after request, so won't arrive until Monday. Why would you wait three days, then send out right before the weekend? Staff was completely unhelpful in problem solving.

Horrible customer service. The girl in the orange carharrt sweatshirt was being rude to customers also talking bad about other customers in front of people while she was “helping” them at the photo department. She was also bragging to another one of the workers (an older women with dark hair) about how “she couldn’t get fired even though there were multiple things she could get fired for including her phone because her boss just wouldn’t have the guts to do it” and they stood there laughing about it before helping the next person in line. I feel extremely bad for the two different women she mistreated while I was standing there and can’t imagine how she treats everyone else the rest of the day… there was one girl at the checkout counter with glasses that was very sweet and polite when I asked for her help. The girl in the orange sweatshirt also yelled at her for being too helpful to people in front of customers… the younger girl with glasses is much appreciated The older women and the rude girl in the orange sweatshirt not so much!

This pharmacy is terrible. We have been having the following problems: not filling urgent meds, after release from the hospital not having needed meds ready, saying the prescription was never received. My insurance company had to call them direct to make sure they filled an urgent medication: the pharmacy kept saying it was the insurance. Today was the last straw when they said they wouldn't call our doctor who had me call, saying they don't do outbound calls. They are rude and disrespectful to customers. I'll never shop at their stores again. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF GOOGLE ALLOWED.

In January my daughter had 2 one time use camera's she was ecstatic about getting developed. Being almost the only place to get them printed I handed them to the gentleman photo attendant. Which he didn't give me a date nor did he correctly handle the steps to insurance I was confirmed to be the person to pick them up. He said just come back in a couple weeks. It was around 3 weeks when we returned to be told our information for the pictures were not available here at the store Front but at corporate they were being processed one was I was ready to be shipped the other was yet to be fully processed. My daughter was very upset at this point. I called another week and a half later was told the same exact thing that they didn't know what was going on. The second in-person visit everyone was searching for them, they said that they still did not have a clue where they were located. The one was still being processed in office and the other was ready to be shipped. I inquired for corporates number to contact for further information. It was then 4 & a half weeks when I finally got in contacted with the corporate office. Was then told my pictures were only held for 30 days in that office and the pictures should actual be physically at the store in Greenville, MI. At this point my daughter is so upset that the pictures of now passed pet are gone. I had in the end called 8 times made various in person actions to try to get them back and they never were given to me or had a call to inform me of anything. I will never shop at Walgreens they were almost annoyed not understanding at all. I advise everyone to never use their photo department! Very upset with the quality of work by many staff members. I would give anything to get these photographs back for my daughter!
