Making a call for service on one of your home’s most essential/expensive pieces of equipment is slightly nerve wracking.. That being said I was completely put at ease after Luke (owner of Bramlett) serviced my furnace! He went through EVERY step to ensure where my problem was and to make sure I had heat! Luke was very down to earth and thorough, qualities that are essential to keeping life-time customers and running a successful small business. Bramlett H&C gave me multiple options to upgrade the boiler system in my home and I opted (for the time being) to rebuild the existing boiler. Bramlett H&C came into my home, checked all of the boiler components, determined what needed to be replaced and was back the next day getting it done. Bramlett H&C even redid one of the boiler water supply lines since someone tried to fix it before I bought this home. In the end the job was done in just a couple of hours and everything is working great... Needed a new water heater and received multiple quotes. Luke gave me options and educated me on how to best get hot water to our Master Bathroom quickly. His team was professional, polite, and did an excellent job installing all the necessary equipment. We are very pleased with our new heater and the overall experience working with Luke.

We had our aging YORK A/C unit replaced by Bramlett - the new one works perfectly.
Bramlett's office gave us an estimated time for evaluation and arrived right on schedule. After evaluating our situation Luke presented options (repairs vs. Replacement), with the pros and cons.
We are very happy with Bramlett's service and highly recommend them.
