All my meat was very salty this year..the salami would not come off the casing and when it did it was crumbly and all falling apart..also very salty...jerky was full of silver skin..all for $ 700.00 dollars..won't happen again.

Wow is the first word that comes to mind when it comes to Tab’s as soon as me and my wife arrived we were greeted by the owner he was very personable, and professional And would highly recommend to everyone. Not only is the quality and price awesome the customer service is out of this world. Our dogs loved the bones we got them. Tab’s just became my number one go shop for meats.

Love Tabs!!!I cannot say enough good things!
Over the years I have tried many butchers and this is the best by far. From the customer service to the quality and selection of meats, everything is exceptional!!!I recently ordered a half pig. I liked the options that were available to me. For example, and I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but instead if breakfast sausage which is the norm I selected chorizo and Italian sausage. The price is cheaper than the grocery stores and the quality is far superior. The jerky is the best I have had. The turkey jerky is yummy and a nice change from the beef.
The roasts and steaks are amazing.
The service is wonderful. I feel very comfortable when I enter. It is clean and I'm greeted with a smile.
This place has it going on!!!
I'm going to order a quarter of beef next! At $5 something a lb how can you go wrong?
And did I mention Options options options!!!

With regards to their deer processing, the store is very clean, their packaging is great BUT I took a very large doe in for processing as I did not have time to do it myself and the meat I got back in return was very disappointing. One very, very small box of meat. We processed our own deer of the same size comparison earlier in the season and got several more pounds of burger and steaks. All I can assume is they must have a LOT of waste when processing. As I said, their packaging is great but I really would not recommend them for the price and return you get.

I normally travel quite far for deer processing, but for the first time, I recently took a good sized 8 pt here to be processed, it was a clean double lung shot and kill. clean drag and clean transport. I was told one of my backstraps was damaged and I didn't receive one whole side. This seemed absurd as I know I didn't damage it. I also didn't get as much meat in return that I was expecting, I shot a smaller 4 pt last year and had much more meat, so this is where I'm confused. The price for processing also seemed quite high, but that could be from inflation these days. i wouldn't recommend and I will not be returning to this facility.

I highly recommend Tab's for deer processing. The cuts of meat are immaculate and very neatly packaged in vacuum bags with labels. The jerky and snack sticks are delicious. Communication and turn around time are also top notch. The quality of product I received back from Tab's is head and shoulders above other deer processing experiences I've had in the past.

Awesome service. From standard deer processing to custom meats. Try the bacon cheddar venison burger. It's awesome. Or have get your deer turned into custom meats, hunters stick, salami, or a smoked venison ham. Venison jerky is the bomb also. I don't go anywhere else! Best vacuum sealer I've ever seen in my 40 plus years of deer hunting. Meat lasts years in a deep freezer and no freezer burn. Best shop I've ever been too.

Best butcher experience we’ve ever had! We have picked up meat from quite a few butchers in the past few years. Tabs staff was great to work with, great customer service over the phone, quick pick up, and packaging was excellent! Meat was all vacuum sealed, even the ground beef! Everything labeled with printed labels (instead of sharpie like other butchers). All the meat was boxed up, and the owner even helped me load it up! We will definitely be sure to use Tabs again!!
