However, significant issues with customer service and damage are reported. One customer received a sweater blazer back with a small hole that was not there before, and their attempts to get information on a repair were not followed up on. Another customer found a large gray stain on a white item that had not been there before. When inquiring about this, they encountered a young woman employee who was condescending, incredibly rude, and told them to leave. This behavior is described as absolutely inappropriate. Due to this employee, some customers state they will not be coming back as often. The quality of service appears to depend heavily on which staff member is encountered.

Great service every time. My Laundered shirts are always crisp, my dry cleaning is always sharp and when my shirts need a button or two they are quick to get repairs back. A great hometown place to do business.
