I love my Grosse Ile Kroger! Great employees, meat manager super nice.
BUT..why is the deli rarely open? No hot chicken most of the time. Really need to improve the deli.
Produce is often not fresh.

This Kroger sucks. I have to travel off the island if I want something from the deli after 4:59 PM M-F. Who on earth thinks that's reasonable? Even Stewart little couldn't get there in time to pick up his cheese.Keep the deli open until at least 7, clowns.

I started at kroger's on grosse Ile Michigan about 50 to 60 days ago. On my way to work I had a blow out on my front passenger side wheel. I thought all most dieing was bad so I changed the an brakes line and tire so I can go to work an I thought I was good. Merry Christmas to me Kroger fired me 1 person individual does not care about anybody. Like you said you do not care Merry Christmas L

Interesting how a guy named Jacob Peterson writes a review 7 months ago and goggle leaves it as the first review out of 143 other reviews. Here is why it is interesting. I am white and have gotten terrible service at a lot of places including Kroger. But I have also gotten terrific service at Kroger as well. It Jacob Peterson's review he points out that a minority person got terribile service like that is the worst crime in the world. This cupcake thinks everyone should bend over backwards for a person of color. How about just trying to leave race out of it. Jacob Peterson is the worst kind of racist-he assumes people of color need his help to make it in this world.

I'd never thought I would have to write this sort of review for this particular Kroger but here goes.I witnessed something I'm almost in shock to see. Apparently if you're not white, you should shop elsewhere. The service or lack thereof that I witnessed for a minority couple has put me in absolute disbelief.Before the person who works for PR/HR or whatever department tries to reach out to me for what will most likely be useless intentions, you should just get some more training for these workers. Let's not let Kroger's become a cesspool.

Jackie in the floral department is HORRIBLE. She is so extremely rude and unprofessional smacking her gum in your face while you talk to her. She thinks she is better than everyone yet she is working at Kroger lol.
