Absolutely worst postal workers I have had the displeasure of talking to. Extremely unhelpful, rude, and don’t seem to actually know what is going on. They have absolutely no clue where my package is, haven’t updated the tracking #. Best part is they couldn’t tell me a thing when trying to get the littlest ounce of help. Complete and utter waste of my time. Use literally any other postal service than USPS.

Friend paid an extra $5.00 for a guarantee delivery on Tuesday last week 6/9/20. It's Tuesday a week later 6/16/20, still not sure if I'll get today. Tracking Number was a complete waste of my time!! Told me it was here all 3 times I tried it! Switching back to Fed Ex and UPS.
