Poor Customer Service, I went to purchased 2 coke zero. When I walked to the register, the young employee was still sitting down on his phone. I stated Hello and he get up and stares at me. Then he ask for the arcade to be scan. I stated Hello again and he stated that he don't get paid for that. I stated that I don't purchase items if pople don't speak.he stated I don't get paid for that. I stated I don't do business if people don't speak and proceed to walk away. He start yelling. I through my hands in air and said you good bro.. I going elsewhere.
I miss the old days employee greeted people who support their business.

Used to have free air that worked awesome for decades. Now they have pay air pumps to set psi that are garbage. Charges way too much and doesn't inflate tires at all.

I stopped in because my vehicle indicated low pressure in my tire. I realized there was a screw in one of them this morning! Their service was quick and friendly! They removed the screw and plugged the tire at a great price.

The tire air pump at Shell on Mack is a SCAM! Didn't even fill air in ONE of my tires. No price posted.... and charged me $5. Only provided one burst of air every 4 seconds. What a scam! Shell management knows about it and allows vendor to hock the machine on Shell property. I don't trust the Shell station's products and services now.

They do not maintain their pumps. Their pumps are consistently slow and would take hours to pump full tank of gas

Very reliable gas stations with kind employees and shelves stocked with quick snacks and things. Very good place for an in and out grab and go stop. Right across from St. John Hospital and Better Health Natural Food store.

My favorite gas station in the winter because they still have a full service pump where you don't have to get out the car. They take the payment and pump your gas.
