Horrible store! Expired food. Rude and un knowledgeable employees. Unsanitary deli and meat counter. And you have to pay for parking! Management is a joke. I've seen the store manager Lucy be disrespectful to customers. She has a very nasty attitude as does the assistant manager. Avoid this store!

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and they were out of everything that I was looking for. Produce, beer, basil, etc... Go early.

The cashier's are working at least 5 lanes. A clean store and easy to realize where everything is . And , it's the Only Krogers that I am aware of in Detroit. There is no other grocery store that exists, anymore. And that, to me, is sad. It's also known as a Monopoly. No other grocery stores can compete, at these prices. The other stores in Detroit, are specialty type of grocery store. Nothing for us regular people in which to shop. That kinda upsets me. ?????

I use to shop here often but got away from it because I'm not in this area as often.Now I see the store has paid parking which I hope I remember to have some change in my purse for parking! Prices seem higher here as well but the quality isn't any better than other stores.

Was in the store to get a 6 pack of beer. I grabbed it by the handle and while walking the bottom went out and spilled everywhere. My friend and I tried to mitigate the mess and I went to get an employee for help. George the assistant manager walked up. I explained what happened and he did not say a word. No “I’m sorry the happened” or “are you okay” since there was glass everywhere. He got on his walkie talkie and announced there was a spill and that was it.
Your defective products aren’t my fault so watch the dirty looks and maybe ask if a customer is okay when beer and glass spill everywhere.

stopped by looking for something specific and spoke to a very nice woman named “Joy”. She lived up to her name. Very pleasant and cheerful. Was a nice experience. They didn’t have what i was looking for but she graciously directed me to another place within walking distance. Excellent service. I’ll be back often

Very nice and convenient in the neighborhood. I wished they had more items as the other Krogers nearby. I like to get everything at one store. I do enjoy this location for the most part, I have been going to this Kroger location for many years and everyone who works there is approachable and friendly as well as the patrons who live in the area.

This is a review specifically about Jeffrey and his handling of digital coupons. I experienced a very low level of customer service and problem resolution.
1) He has a very accusatory tone stating multiple times that me the customer must be doing something wrong. This is unacceptable behavior.
2) He grabbed my phone to show me how to do it, after I had told him I had tried multiple times myself and their app was not working correctly. He was unable to get the app to work correctly either because it was an issue with the app or your systems.
3) He did give me the discount but, he continued to insist that he was doing me a favor and that he would not assist me in the future, and that it was my problem. He did not in the least acknowledge the problem with the Kroger app.
Both him and I tried unsuccessfully to use the e-coupon. The the e-coupon did not work. He then asked if I used the coupon before and then accused me of lying, by saying that I must have used the coupon and that is why it is not working. This was a very poor level of customer service.

PARKING THE WORST NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO YOU GET A PARKING TICKET. they will ticket you instantly even if you use the ridiculous system in place 10 zones ion one street , none of them transfer from one block to another WTF
