I have always had AT&T since early 90's I went into this particular store to upgrade my phone because I kept getting messages that I am eligible for an upgrade for free now I am being charged $20/month for 3 years which totals to $720/year for a phone I didn't need! I was lied to as well saying there is no charge for the phone.

Eric at the ATT store on Mack Ave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly, too. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Never been to this location but att is garbage. The customer service sucks. Been a loyal customer for years just to be lied to robbed and wasted my time

I originally had a phone scheduled to be delivered by AT&T to my home. The delivery person was so unprofessional. She tried to get me to meet her at a gas station instead of my actual listed delivery address. She drove off with my order and canceled it on me.I proceeded to the AT&T store and was in and out with a new phone in less than 10 minutes. The guy who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and quick as hell with the phone situation. If I knew my day would’ve ended up there, I would’ve just went to the store in the first place!

Our service at the AT&T store was very very good and excellent. Tylar Fields took great care of me and my family. This is the first time ever. I had this kind of service in an AT&T store. Please continue this level of service and I will continue to be a client.

Thanks to Rita and Nick for their great !!!customer service. They give me all the support I need while switching from Android to iPhone . They really made me feel comfortable and welcome in the store.Thier the Best .Glad to be a AT&T customer.

They are the best store I’ve been to, quick service the employees were very nice they resolve my issues compared to calling customer service I recommend you visiting this store you won’t be disappointed the District Manager is the best I recommend if you looking for good customer experience visit this location my favorite store.

I purchase two phones from this location and had to pay the remaining balance of the installation plan before I could get new phones . I noticed I was over charged from this store. When I called to get an understanding of why I was overcharged I was told because i was past due on my bill they charged me an extra installment fee when I was already charged on my bill. Please call AT&T customer service because they will get the problem solved. In addition the store manager Tyler was rude , belittling,and condescending when speaking to me. I also went in yesterday because I had to trade my phones in and they were trying to give me less money for my trade in and if I didn’t ask questions why they were telling me something different than what I was told when I purchased the phones all of a sudden I was able to get the full credit. Do not trust this store they are not honest with business.

I only get my stuff from here now. Rita and her coworkers have really taken care of me for the last few rounds of devices. She shows me what I currently pay and the options and upgrades available to me and compares the costs of any changes to my accounts with the different plans available at the time. When my father passed away and no longer needed service, she took care of everything in about 5 min. I’ve referred her to friends and they’d say the same thing. All that was asked was that I was honest IF I received a survey from AT&T, well, I never received a survey, but I’m happy to share my experience with other customers. I’m a happy patron and I’ll keep coming back.

We had a great experience at this store with Autumn. She walked us through all the steps to getting our new phones and even helped me with keeping all my information on my previous phone.

My SIM card stopped working after swapping it with one of my iOS phones and putting it back. All my phones are unlocked.AT&T customer portal directed me to the AT&T store.Lady was super stressed out and told me she could not do anything in store. I asked her to walk me through the process and she was super rude and had a “not my problem” attitude.She asked me for a pin which I defined like 10 years ago and can’t remember it. From then on she flipped so I left.

Tyler and nakeia were absolutely amazing I had a nightmare of an experience losing my phone but they made everything great once I was in the new phone! Great customer service and very friendly people in general highly recommended this att location

This store is always great. So many kind, helpful, and knowledgeable people - always willing to help! It is such a pleasure to be able to walk in, get someone to answer our questions, and walk out completely happy. Tyler, Autumn, and Nick in particular are superstars!
