Crystal was very helpful while setting up my son's account today. Answered all our questions. Thoroughly explained account procedures and benefits and also walked him through set up of his online banking. She described the referral program but wasn't pushy about me opening anything. Thank you for a great experience.

Visit was unpleasant with teller. Teller assumed what I wanted done as far as service and never even asked me the common phrase of "how can I help you?" Teller got angry at me for assuming what I wanted without actually asking why I stopped by. I would drop the name of the Teller but as you may have guessed, they weren't wearing their name tag like a real professional.

This is the third Saturday I've tried to go to this location and they had closed early. 3 cars in the parking lot tried to get in. Must be nice to close whenever you want. I'll be making a call to corporate to complain also.

I am a local small businessman, emphasis is on small, but they always make me feel like I am a VIP whenever I go in there. Karen and her crew are awesome, I can’t say enough good things about them.

We arrived at 1248 on Sat the 26th. There were 7-8 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru line (lobby was closed). At 1255 a male bank emp about 50yo came out into the parking lot, looked at the cars and started talking to a few cars. He was saying the emps cant work much past 1pm (their scheduled closing time) and my wife asked him multiple times if all the cars in line would be waited on, and if not which car would be the last? He never responed to the questions and only said that all the Comerica drive thrus should be open that day and another lady replied that the Comerica website says only this branch is open. He didnt respond to her and walked in. We waited in line until 110 Comerica shut all the windows. Our problems are ... he needed to tell us what would be the last car.... 3 tellers could only service 7-8 cars in 22mins. Thats an ave of over 8 mins/car. Sloooow... Either the mgr was misinformed about the correct hrs on Sat or the Comerica website is wrong. Either way, its bad mngt on Comerica's part.
