Long time Chase customer. Tried to open up a bank account for my 13 year old son. He has an expired passport, school idea, and a social security card. not good enough. Instead of working with your customer that's trying to open up his 6th Chase account and hand over $2,000, you could've been more bureaucratic and distrustful. I was also questioned by the manager why my son doesn't have a valid school ID...i dunno, maybe because there was a global pandemic last year and school IDs were not a priority...clueless group there...and a little snotty. I'm the one from Grosse Pointe Farms, so leave the snottiness to me.

I had an appointment at this location to open a small business account. Appointment time was at 12pm. I was informed that the person I was initially scheduled with had called in sick and they would figure out who would see me. I was told that the person that would see me had just started their lunch and asked if I would be able to wait until 12:30pm. I agreed, did some shopping and came back at 12:30pm. When I walked in, there were 3 chase employees in the lobby. 2 behind the counter and one in front of the counter conversing with another employee behind the counter. There were no customers in the lobby other than myself. I did a general hello to everyone. Not one person acknowledged me. So I walked to the woman at the end of the counter and she tells me that the person at the other end of the counter can help me. I head towards that way and no one still even made eye contact. So I head straight for the door, and I hear the lady saying hello to my back as I exit. I call chase customer service only to get someone on the phone with a poor connection and heavy accent to relay my complaint. I've been pretty satisfied with Chase over the years, however, this is unacceptable. Companies should be working to recruit and retain their customers. Without us, there is no revenue or jobs.

Piss poor customer service. Asked to leave simply because I was waiting for the branch to open to deposit a large check. If your employees have that much of an attitude then I'm sure many will bank elsewhere

Not very a accommodating at all. As a long time costumer I've never had issues at any other branch but this one. Not very welcoming or even a willing to help when needed. I even asked for a branch manager hoping they can help, but they wouldn't even talk to me. I'm currently closing my account and moving full time to PNC.

I needed to do a wire transfer from my Chase account to a different financial institution. The banker who helped me did not understand the wire transfer instructions provided by the other financial institution. She became so frustrated that she made me feel unwelcome in a bank I have used for decades. When the transaction was completed she said, "I'm sure it will be fine" and, "Hopefully it went through." Excuse me? Hopefully? Hopefully you didn't lose my money? Appalling.

When I didn't have an account they cashed my check $8 fee no problem. Opened an account... now I have to deposit and there's a hold on them
