I’ve been watching Lindsay’s Instagram for well over a year debating if I should get my eyebrows done. She did an absolute, amazing job! I can’t stop looking at them now. Thank you so so much! I absolutely love them. So happy I decided to get them done and also to have her do them. She is such a talented artist and super kind. She made me so comfortable during the process. Such a talented artist! Highly recommended!! Trust the process!!

Had a facial with Misty Balido and its always wonderful! I have been seeing Misty for about 3 years now and she is awesome at what she does. Always consulting on specific products to use for better, healthier skin and never oversells. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Matthew since I was 18 years old. There is something extremely special about going to a hair stylist that you not only love but can trust. I have not had one “bad” cut from him and I am almost 23 now. He is professional, he is kind, he is respectful and he knows his shit. It is easy to see that he cares about his clients and his profession. No matter what phase I was in, whether it was my emo dark-hair phase in college or my natural polished short-hair phase. he was able to bring my vision to life. It’s rare to find someone who can keep up with your own evolution yet elevate it every step of the way. Matthew will always do his best to help even if someone has walked in with a hair emergency they’ve created themselves lol. And frankly, I’ve seen him handle those situations with more grace and professionalism than most people would. I will never stop recommending him to people and I am endlessly grateful for the role he has played in my life and in my confidence.

wasn’t gonna leave a review but it’s been a few days now since my haircut here and i just can’t get over how bad it is. i have been here once before and it was fine, all i wanted was a trim and to even out my bangs with a little clean up. my bangs are so uneven i spent 30 minutes in the mirror with my friends just trying to decide if we could even save them. matthew was very nice but destroyed my face frames and when i went to a different stylist they said they couldn’t believe a professional did this and that it’d take about two months to grow the left side out enough to be even with the right side. im disappointed every single time i look at myself and needless to say will never be returning. i think it says a lot about a salon when they can’t trim up a bob with bangs seriously beyond disappointed.

Gorgeous and clean space. The scalp treatment was so relaxing and the blowout made my hair so soft! Misty & Matthew did an amazing job. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Owner Brigitte Rist has done a fabulous job of creating a chic and modern salon that exudes with professionalism and sophistication with every visit. She has built a team that truly has a passion for their craft and their high level of expertise is evident in every client that walks through their doors.
Kelly Beste is an outstanding stylist that listens to understand my requests and preferences while sharing her valuable insights for best results with my individual hair type. Her impeccable taste in color has gained me dozens of compliments and often an inquiry to where I go. Her personalized approach leaves me thrilled with my results every time.
If you are looking for a new salon/stylist I strongly recommend the team at Chez Lou Lou. They are a great team for events too! Kelly Beste and Matthew Common did a phenomenal job for my wedding, providing onsite services and kept the timeline in check!

I cannot say enough about how amazing the salon is - my whole family goes to the salon, including our kids. There have been times where I have gone to different stylists (aside from my main stylist) - everyone is so amazing and at the top of the top.
I’m so excited for their new Manon makeup line too. I have tried a few things and they are “AT THE LEVEL”. The Manon shampoo and conditioner is all I’ve used since they started selling it (last year) too!
Do yourself a favor and go and check everything out ♥️. (I don’t know how to change my services received but I have gotten eyebrow tinting and waxing, microblading, hair color, highlights, haircut, facial, etc)

I have recently purchased the Manon facial products created and sold by the owner of Chez Lou Lou, Brigitte Rist. I have sensitive skin but was willing to give the products a try and I am in love! I use the Hydra Boost moisture masque and the Manon All day moisturizer and my skin is glowing. I will definitely invest in the products at Chez Lou Lou indefinitely.
