“Wow, so my small business ran into a problem with a substantial misdirected EFT that was no fault of WFCU but just the same they spent most the day tracking the funds down (which ended up at a different institution because of a 3rd party error) and got it all refunded, much to my relief.You can't even get through to traditional banks these days for help; but these folks answer on the first ring and sort stuff out right away.”
