I didn't even know it was possible to have a pharmacy this poorly run. There is always a significant wait, there is little to no help, and a whole lotta attitude from a lot of the people working.

It's simple. If you want your prescription filled you will have better luck crossing the bridge to Canada or even a nice vacation to Mexico. Not kidding. This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Dead serious. They don't have a clue about rules and regulations. They lie to you and say their out of stock but if you complain about it they magically appear in stock. Just tell us the truth. And give us our medication so we can ( go to work, school, and many other reasons. If I were you it would be faster to get your meds from a different company ( any where is better than here).

My wife recently had surgery and she had three prescriptions waiting for her at CVS. Based on the many negative experiences I had at this pharmacy prior to transferring my prescriptions to Rite Aid ; I dreaded the thought of visiting this location again. As usual the pickup line was long and slow due to the lack of cashiers. I paid the cashier and left. When I returned home my wife looked at the receipt and based on previous prescriptions I was overcharged by more that $100. She called the pharmacy and was told that Medicare was offline when the prescriptions were filled and I could return to the store for a refund. This just doesn't make sense. Why didn't they wait to fill the prescriptions until Medicare was back on line? Why didn't they inform me when I picked up the prescriptions that Medicare was back on line and offer to process the refund? Why couldn't the refund be processed without me going back to the store and waiting in line? I guess the answer is "incompetence". I wonder how many unsuspecting Medicare customers were overcharged. Something very wrong at this location.

Always has my prescription ready when I need it and despite constantly being extremely busy, they'll make sure to take care of everyone. The poor reviews here come from people who expect to be *immediately* waited on hand and foot and seem to have zero patience. Every single pharmacy everywhere will need to have people wait in line as they fill a *lot* of prescriptions. It can't be avoided so calm down and accept the fact that you'll have to wait in line.

This store is fully-functional in every area except for the pharmacy. The pharmacy has HORRIBLE customer service and leaves me feeling frustrated every visit. You can rarely reach the pharmacy on the phone because most of the time they put you on hold for 10+ minutes. There's one specific pharmacy tech that is extremely rude and dismissive towards every customer that I've seen her interact with. She has gotten away with this behavior for many years and I'm shocked that she hasn't been fired for her disrespectful attitude. I am considering switching pharmacies because this specific employee is so unbearable. I give credit to the other staff for putting up with her because I would not be able to.

CVS is always very helpful with my needs. The staff are always courteous and compassionate. They make picking up prescriptions so easy and are very attentive to my needs.

The CVS pharmacy in Grosse Pointe is the worst pharmacy in America. They are beyond rude and shouldn't be open and able to help people because they can't handle it.

Worst pharmacy ever. What took them less than a minute to get my medicine they were telling me to come back in 2 hours because they wanted to leave right as this moment for lunch.I just got out of surgery and had to show my surgery scars to get helped to even get my pain meds. I can’t drive. Had an Uber outside waiting.Than I was asked if I was deaf when I didn’t understand what they were asking at first. What the hell is wrong with these people.Rude as hell and not how a pharmacy should act to thier patients. You are there to help people. Not be condescending and rude.

This is the most thorough CVS PCR covid test location. It did take a little longer than expected for her to get setup, but she watched and counted. I was impressed!

They are terrible at communication and horrible at organization to the point where I wonder if they could be dangerous. This location has lost, miss communicated, and messed things up more than they have gotten things right.
