They lost my prescription and said they wouldn't look for it because they were about to ob their lunch break. When I came back later they hadn't looked for it at all and said to come back tomorrow.

Just a horrible experience. Can’t get an update on a prescription. Can’t speak with a live person. No way to get someone on the phone for a simple question. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was picking up important medication for a family member at the Kercheval CVS. The person at pharmacy made an off-hand remark how expensive these meds were and how much insurance saved me from the retail price. I was deeply offended that someone would say this, especially from a company that makes money hand over fist on drug sales. I'm fortunate to be able to afford insurance coverage especially when it covers life changing medications.

Constant issues getting medications filled. I’ve been patient due to supply issues. That said they now have a voicemail system so you can no longer just speak with a pharmacist. They will get back to you when they feel your call is worth getting back to you. I’m sorry I’m not waiting around an hour or so to get called back. I don’t want to be in a random place when they decide my voicemail is worthy of being returned to discuss my private medication questions. I call when I have time and privacy.

CVS pharmacy is a dumpster fire and this is hands down one of the worst CVS pharmacy’s in the area. Just sad when there isn’t a noticeable difference between a CVS pharmacy and a Mcdonald’s drive through. Unfortunately, this review is pointless and will not lead to a single change.
Feel bad for two ladies who work there who are always super nice but probably have to deal with upset customers all day, every day.

The worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They never have medication in stock so you have to run all over the city to find needed medicine. The staff is the most rude and they constantly close early for lunch. Save your money, if you want a good CVS go to St Clair Shores off Elizebeth.

Store employees at this store are friendly, the store Manager, Scott, personally responded to one of my concerns, & I am very appreciative of that. But I think the Pharmacy at this store needs to improve on some things. One of the medications that I take is not kept in stock there, & there's always a wait time for getting that script filled.

The communication and service at this CVS location is dispicable and unprofessional with no respect for the customer or your time. CVS needs a competitor in Grosse Pointe.
