This Fed Ex location was incredibly helpful and quick while I was making some first time postcards for my business.
Both Derek and Erica took me through the entire process of creating a postcard and got my rather large job completed within a half hour.
I was extremely thankful and while this location is a bit farther away than others from me, I will be coming back here. There’s a large variability in the help at these Fed Ex locations, and this one is one of the greats. Thank you so much!

The Employee name Josh was very Phenomenal helping me with my email. I was very Amaze how his fingers were working on my phone transferring my Info from my email to FedEx email because he found out that my email was blocked. Thank you so much!! Big Kudos to Josh!!

The young lady working the shipping spot today was just awesome!! I’ve had luck at this location. The staff is generally very helpful. The worker working the shipping desk is just exactly who I want to see. She had a smile on her face. She didn’t hesitate to help me. I had concerns about my shipment. She immediately knew what I was talking about and was able to put my mind at ease.
Shipping can be the worst. I wish I could get her every time I have to send something.
This location gets busy, but the staff handles it well.

Instead of helping customers that actually needed help, Erica spent her time running around helping people in the back of the line who can’t figure out prepaid labels. If you can’t figure out a prepaid label, you get to wait in line like everyone else. Stop catering to others incompetence.
