I’ve been a Fifth Third Preferred banking customer for many years, albiet at a different branch. I opted to make a deposit at this branch due their Saturday hours. Unfortunately I was treated with suspicion and resistance to making the deposit.

Was just helped by the most amazing Teller here - Bralynn. She was super helpful, did everything I asked her, greeted customers as they came in, even let my wife and daughter use the restroom. Best customer service I’ve ever received.
