I had an excellent experience here today. Came in for an allergic reaction to a bee sting and was treated promptly. It was a much better option than a crowded urgent care or emergency room. The NP was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. She put my prescription in during the consultation and by the time I was done it was ready. I would definitely come here again.

Had a great experience going to the Grosse Pointe Minute Clinic. Julie Piche, NP was great. Very knowledgeable and helped me with my upper respiratory virus. I was sick for 10 days and went in feeling lousy - today i am feeling much better. Learning the proper ways to treat the symptoms was very helpful.

If I could do 0 Stars I would. I had an appointment for a TB test that had been scheduled for at least 4 day prior in which I had already completed all of the registration information ahead of time. Upon arrival I was asked by the Nurse Jacqueline to sign in and have a seat and so on. Now sitting in the room and being asked all of the necessary questions until the insurance came up. So I have Medicaid I was sure which bracket or name the insurance was I just know that its through the state. (Automatically felt that "oh your one of those" type vibes.) She had mentioned that they take Medicaid but not United healthcare and their system wasn't telling them which one I had for certain. So she calls the Nurse Practitioner Julie in to explain that because their system isn't telling whether its just Medicaid or United she would "Ignore that and just accept cash for today" I said thank you and that I appreciate it because this was for a school requirement. Great Right! No then Julie leaves while Jacqueline continues gathering information to begin. I asked her if they accept care credit? the answer was no. I said ok what about google pay. She looked at me as if I just jumped off a UFO from planet weirdo! she said "no we don't take that card." I said its not a card its Google pay my credit/ debit cards are linked and you scan them on the payment system device as you would with a regular card reader chip." She said "well you can show me the card and I'll tell you if we accept it." I again told her "its not a card and that's fine if you guys don't accept Google Pay I'll just have to run to my car and get my Debit card. Are their any other questions you need from me." She said "ok well you have to pay before services are rendered" OBVIOUSLY! Before I could say anything else she this child said "ok I don't feel comfortable left and went to get Julie, the NP. Meanwhile the whole time she and I were speaking she's literally looking at me like she's d*** and I'm some foreign idiot UFO driver that's trying to swindle the minute clinic for a whopping 35$ Julie comes in and I ask her "my question was if you guys accept google pay. and if not were their any of personal questions before I go get my card from the card." She said "no and that she would take care of me but that it would be 20 minutes because she has patients right now." I said "so she(Jacqueline) doesn't want to provide care because she feels my attitude in retaliation from her condescending care, that's fine I'll wait the 20 minutes but I want her information!".....Continued.

I came in for a physical so that I can began school. I paid out of pocket for my physical as well as my tb test. I made it clear that I needed my paper work completed. Allyssa Boddy NP, decided to take my bp at the end of the physical which gave a reading of 136/98. She took my bp two more times with the results increased to 140/110. Which is not a dangerously high bp. Allyssa Boddy NP, did not complete my paperwork. She told me that when I return to have my tb test read my papers would be signed. Unfortunately, on 03/31/2021, Sara Kayser, NP, informed me that she could not complete my papers for my physical because she did not perform my physical. This is definitely not okay. There's more to say, but I will save it for the complaint that Im filing with LARA.

Do not use them, they are a complete and utter joke. After waiting on my results for 5 days and calling numerous times to find out where they were, they finally call me back to let me know that they lost my results and that I have to get retested. When I asked if they could get me in right away, I was told no, I have to reschedule an appt to get tested. They screwed up but yet I had to pay the price. Whatever you do, don't use CVS or minute clinic. They are a joke and shouldn't be qualified to for covid testing. Absolutely embarrassing on their behalf.

This CVS store is a dump. When one goes to the pharmacy counter, the only thing that is present is piles of dirt, plastic wrappers, and discarded tissue in every corner and under the counter. Even during the coronavirus, not one sanitizing wipe in the place. And no hand sanitizer!!! I've mentioned this several times to various managers and nothing ever gets changed. In addition, they have messed up on my prescriptions several times. The wrong name, etc. Rude, indifferent, horrendous. I now go to Rite Aid.

It's too bad because the place is huge and has great selection, but I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Literally the worst drug store I have ever been to. The worst staff, terrible service. Always crowded but never enough cashiers. The pharmacy is a disorganized mess and they've lost prescriptions of mine. Argued every year with one of the pharmacy techs who always incorrectly filled my epi-pen prescription which was the last straw not to mention dangerous. I ended up reporting her to the corporate office at my allergist's urging and moved all my scrips to Rite Aid; if I need a CVS I go to the one on Mack which doesn't have as large a selection but the staff is much better.

Persons working the Pharmacy are great. The Pharmacy's policies are questionable. After eye surgery, it took CVS over ten days to fill my eye drops prescribed. Furthermore. It company's policy to only fill 30 day supply prescriptions, not 90 day.

Their price list indicates $179 for the 2-part Shringrix vaccine. What they don’t list or advertise is that the true cost is $358. They actually charge $179 per injection but the price list doesn’t reflect the true cost. Shoddy, deceptive business practice. I will never go there again; can’t trust their prices.
