For Trucker… This place is too tight and busy street. If you try to back up to unload you must block traffic both sides but the problem is this receiver two gentlemen are so lazy. I asked to watch me traffic while backing up but he said we shouldn’t help driver and he hide in store while backing up from the street.

I buy betta often from this store and they have always been able to put the fish in a bag with a rubber band so I could commute with it home easier in my car as the containers splash water everywhere. I asked the lady to do so and she very rudely responded “no we don’t do that here we don’t even have bags”. Lazy.

We always have a good time here for the discount bath club, a great value and they have 2 clean bath stations.
We have a dog in behavior training and all the staff are kind and patient, (as well as the clientele).

Customer service not as good as grosse pointe, I asked questions about there brand dog food and it was like so nonchalant then I go to the register and ask the cashier about the rewards program and returning treats and she made it seem like I had the treats for yrs lol forgot to help with the reward question lol I just kept the the treats being that they were only 5bucks smh moral of the story the interaction and communication was not so great and I went there twice only because it's closer, but I will not be returning

Rudy got his nails trimmed at the GPC pet supplies plus store. This lady is highly skilled and knows her job. On 7-12-24 the pet supplies plus store had a great team working this day. Thank you to all ?

Staff is always nice and helpful
I was a dog owner for 25 years and got a cat last year. She was super small, and they helped us with recommendations on food treats, etc. The runt of tge litter is now healthy and happy thanks to their help. Sometimes Google isn't enough, I want straightforward knowledge from other pet owners. I always get it here <3

It is a pet store, but unlike other pet stores, it is actually on a main street instead of in some god-awful strip mall.

Love it here, if you have any type of animal they'll help you feed them, and the staff was very helpful and had patience and the store was clean, so I highly recommend them

Seem to be more upper class I'm from across the tracks so may e that why I git those stares. My skin a bit darker than mist gross pointe skin colors
