“I find it very strange. The previous review by Joan was so negative. First she said twice people said that their packages weren’t checked in or marked. I’ve been dealing with this company even at old location for eight years. I have never had a package not marked. Never lost, no problem at all. The staff is always so nice. Just picked up four packages today. I’m gonna include a few pictures. They have a great system of how they are organized. For some reason this sounds made up to me…Or maybe Joan has a “B” in her bonnet.😂”

“Coming to this place watch your turn. Look for a yellow guard shack. You will see a sign with 20300 arrow pointing to the left. Use that entrance. The entrance on the the right is a trailer parking lot. Go strait back to a large parking lot. Walk along the building to the conjunction that say ENTRANCE. If you are here before 0900. Good luck in finding anybody. You will have to back up down that alley you walked to the double sliding doors. Go into the black hole.”

“I have been dealing with Bridgeview Customs Brokers and Tom for roughly 25 years from my days operating a larger distribution company, to now operating a smaller self employed manufacture's representative business, which doesn't have as many clearances like the old days, but large or small they are still the best. They are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, prompt with their responses and competitive rates. I recommend them to all my customers I work with in Canada that are in need of brokerage services as they can clear shipments across the country and to manufactures that are shipping products into Canada.
Tom's son Tyler is now involved and although still learning the business, service hasn't changed and they're still the best to work with, nice job Tyler and team.
