POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I PLACED AN ORDER AND HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK REGARDING MY ORDER.
CALLED ON PHONE TWO DAYS LATER AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE CALL. JUST A REPETITIVE RECORDING CONTINUING.
AGAIN POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

It’s great to have a neighborhood store that offers excellent service and has a lot of what I need that I can only not get quickly, but also see what I’m buying.

This is the most filthy store I have ever been in. Clearly not maintaining air handling systems or vacuuming the carpet. Dirt and dust everywhere. Carpeting is filthy. Dust falling out of the air vents on the ceiling. Basic building maintenance not being done.

No one answers the phone. I was on hold after the prompt for 12 minutes. I called back and went through the same steps and was on hold for 10 minutes. So for 20 minutes to human support at all.

Yesterday I purchased an HP all in one printer for my office, Marv assisted me and he was very knowledgable and gave me great advice. This store is well organized, the staff is always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be back!

A great place to visit for all your office needs. When you drop off your amazon orders you also get a little more than you bargained for with the staff. Usually you hear swearing, sigh's, you get eye rolls and "not my f'n' job comments". Usually you have to pay money for that kind of entertainment.

The customer service is the Best! The sales representative addressed all my questions, and went in storage room for product. The pricing is better than Amazon, Target on some items. Love this location for service and pricing.
