I placed an order for chip bags and water bottle labels. When I went back to pick up my order. Some of my items were missing. The order was short when I spoke to the lady at the counter about the order. Because I had placed another order for some candy bar wrappers. She stated that they would compensate the sheets that they were short. When I go back to pick up the second order. The order was wrong. I didn't have all the things that I needed. I was charged again and found out that I was charged for the sheets that were missing And the young lady behind the counter was so mean nasty and rude. And I explained to her that I understand she's frustrated because of the co-workers is not doing what they're supposed to do. And it creates more work for her, but she's still wassnappy and nasty with me. the manager acted as if he was afraid to say anythingwhen I asked him to see why she wasbeing rude. I will never go there again. I miss Stephanie she was the best. THIS USED TO BE MY FAVORITE STAPLES.

They have two computer workstations attached to a printer. Currently, the printer doesn’t work because it needs ink (and they “have ordered it”). Why not have ink in stock for the machine, ensuring this doesn’t happen? You’re an office supply store. This is an easy fix.Two of the three copy machines are unavailable. I’m currently standing in line to print something from my email on one of the machines as the only one is being used.

Went in for ink ,3 employees.mngr offers price match says he will look online,cool I didn't know they did that.female employee I can ring u,then oh I,m not doing that." Common sense is we offer it u look it up I don't work for u..WTH? I go to next employee it's not our responsibility to help you.wow.finally manger reappears.he helps takes 2 min.store is empty.They stand there talking about me to each other.sad.

I’ve been looking for calculator ink rollers, Epson ink bottles and other items that you used to have full supplies of since the holidays and those sections of the store are always bare. I’ve started to wonder if you’re closing.

EVERYTIME I go to the printing counter its a problem literally 2 days in a row these people are a joke they have an attitude with every customer that asks them a question why stand there with an attitude at strangers? Its ridiculous get rid of that whole printing station including the man that works at the UPS section with his sassy attitude They've never heard of customer service get rid of them thankyou and goodbye.

They don’t care about people & their time at all. I’ve applied for the TSA position and had them reschedule my interview twice. 1st time I waited over an hour to be interviewed, the interviewer started to interview me but kept stopping because he claimed that he was the only manager & there was a lot to get done. the store was empty so I’m not sure how true that was but he ended up rescheduling. Today I walked in and as always the store is EMPTY and the employees are just standing around even the manager, who after having me wait around 10 minutes comes to ask me if we could reschedule for the same reason. They probably only need the few employees that they have since there’s never any customers but why even post the job position if you’re not able to interview anyone.

I was informed they only prioritize same day print orders, so if you order before 2pm, you’ll get your prints same day. If you order after 2pm, you get your prints whenever they feel like printing them. Horrible customer service

This is a fine staples , but the poor UPS Print and Amazon returns girl was so busy helping like 5 customers, and the other staples employees were sitting there not helping her at all (even though they had no one in their line.) The staffing model here makes no sense.I felt so bad for the print and Amazon return girl because she was trying so hard to help every customer in a timely manner, but it was impossible to do!
