One star and here is why - I went in this morning after reviewing my T-moble account on line and saw that my phone was eligible for an upgrade. Trade in value showed up as $100 but I have to spend $49 in store on accessories. At the store, the sales guy did his "calculation" and showed me that I get $20 for a trade in. Then upon check out he said $45 activation fee. WHAT!? I walked out. Ended up at the Apple store at Somerset. The Apple salesman also connected to my T-mobile account and I got a $70 credit for my phone and said there is NO activation fee from T-mobile for this upgrade. The advantage at Apple store was that I could view and handle the different models. I ended up getting a higher model than I was going to originally get and bought a case that was actually nicer and less expensive than the one I was going to purchase at the crooked T-Mobile store on Mack. MAKE THE EFFORT AND GO TO THE APPLE STORE if you have an iphone. OR purchase through T-Mobile online.

The worst T-Mobile I have been too, I've notice the old team wasn’t there , seems like there is new management and all they care about is up-scaling their customers and scamming. Will be going to other location instead. Terrible people

This was actually the worst customer service experience I’ve had in all my life. If you’re getting a phone from THIS SPECIFIC STORE you’re literally better off getting ATT or Verizon.The one employee was so deep in his phone that he may as well have been walking on the ceiling while trying to help me?Then they will sign you up for a promotion even if you don’t qualify and then yell at you on the phone when you’re confused on a 200 increase in your bill. Keep that in mind as well.Just 0/10 experience

The worst T-Mobile store that I’ve been to. The person who assisted us was taking a personal phone call the entire time while helping us and lied to us about current promotions. Our bill turned out to be way higher than what we discussed in the store and when we called up to speak with a manager about this they said “I don’t know what you want me to do. I wasn’t working the day that this happened”.

My phone was not working. I did an insurance claim for the phone in which I had to pay a deductible. Phone still didn't work. I call customer service they tell me they are shipping a new one to the store. I get to the store they tell me I have to pay $5 to get the phone. First off there is a manufacturers issue and I still paid my deductible (I should not have had to). But then I get to the store and you want more money. I feel like at this point you're trying to nickel and dime without providing the service that I'm all ready paying for. Customer service really needs an overhaul. Will be switching.

Ray and his team switched me from Verizon gave me fantastic deals on our new phones and helped get my bill lowered 70$ a month ! I could not be any happier with the service !

I asked to be put on an international plan that would allow me to have data abroad. The person who assisted me completely messed up my plan. He put me on a prepaid plan that I did not ask for and doesn’t have international data, text or call. I found this out when I left for a month to Europe and wasn’t able to make any calls or use any data. Traveling alone without a useful phone is dangerous and made me feel very uncomfortable. Thank you T mobile for leaving me stranded :)

After such disappointing service down the road, WE WERE SO IMPRESSED by the staff and service from this location. RAY was extremely helpful and our family bill is projected to be much lower!

Tabitha was very helpful!! Our phones somehow dropped our data plan. No internet, no Google, not alot of anything. She looked into our account and found that somehow our "data" had been shut off. All that was working was our phone. She did some computer stuff and 10 minutes later both were working.
