The Wool & The Floss is a friendly and wonderful hobby shop for cross-stitchers and needlepointers on the east side of Detroit. The staff is knowledgeable and always takes the time to help, whether customers visit the shop or are online. The selection is the best, featuring unique designs and canvases. Customers never leave empty-handed and get great finishing ideas. The shop is highly recommended for both new and long-time stitchers, who will not be disappointed. Online services are excellent, with staff who bend over backwards to help fulfill orders. It is a must-visit place.
The store is super cute and welcoming! They have an amazing selection and had everything I was looking for. Can’t wait to come back!

So happy that this is my LNS! I stopped by a couple of weekends ago and everyone working at Wool & The Floss was so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Pam was so kind and helped me kit both my canvases. I’m so happy with the threads she pulled! 10/10 recommend for anyone who loves needlepoint!
