“The staff are always friendly and welcoming, they always have sales on top of sales, and many of my favorite shoes, shirts and pants come from this place. Definitely my favorite thrift store to date!”

“Heck yeah!!! These guys know what they're doing. I have been looking and looking for a good quality, form fitting dress. I found not one, but two well maintained, almost new, dresses that I can feel good about wearing. Not because they look good, but because I'm not buying a cheaply made, thin fabric, poor fitting dress from a chain or corporation, but something of good quality from an organization that takes care of their shop and is down to earth.”

“I donated some books and decided to go in and check out their selection. I ended up leaving with 4 books (1 that I was THIS close to buying on amazon that very morning. Had it in my basket and everything. I walk in and boom first book I see was it in perfect condition for half the price. I was shocked). The setup is nice, genres labeled. Large selection. Library vibes but you get to keep the book. Staff is very friendly, informative, and ready to help with any book need you may have. They know customers names, it was cool to hear as I browsed; the togetherness. I’m now a frequent guest and highly recommend you become one too!”

“Byron's resale shop is absolutely without a doubt the cleanest resale shop I have ever visited. Byron himself is a class act, top shelf stand up guy and is not afraid of a good haggle on prices. Go see !!”

“Very nice people and a pretty good selection. Prices were good for what the items were. Not much in the way of children's clothing, shoes, or toys. But a pretty generous selection of both men's, women's, purses, and women's shoes. I didn't see much men's shoes. Some linens and home items. Very limited hours so make sure they are open before you go. I would absolutely go back.”

“Their customer service over the phone was welcoming and helpful. Other thrift store in the area were not so kind. Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. It goes a long way and makes the customer really want to make the trip over to your location.”

“Store was clean and organized. I don't remember the prices being as high as they are now, $100 use to go a long way for children's items. Now it's like going to whole foods with a $100, you don't get much for your money.”

“Pros: Good stuff for reasonable prices.Large selection. They accept cash or credit. Some staff is kind and friendly .Cons: Bathrooms are always dirty and smelly. The boutique section is extremely over priced. Staff is often in the way and hinders your shopping experience. Sometimes, it's impossible to get by. That makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.”

“Every time I go the staff are really nice to me! Some times they even negotiate the prices. The store is pretty much clean and they have good stuff that you can use for your diy projects. Go and check them out for yourself!Happy shopping!”

“The workers are extremely nice and I always find something unique here.I did however, buy an expensive chair and had to come back the next day to grab it and they sold it again. They refunded me and gave me in store credit but my heart was set on that chair. So that sucked.Otherwise if they didn't happen I would of given this store 5 stars.”

“Love the variety of items there but I'm not very pleased how you donate a bunch of things don't get paid for the stuff you donate nor do you get a discount and you donate things for free and then you see them on the shelf for $5-$20 plus depending on the items..Kind of ashamed to see things resold for profit when they already have a huge corporation.”

“Love value village. Only thing is that their prices have really gone up for things that they get for free. Bring something to donate and get a 20% off purchase coupon.”
