The custom service with this office is beyond terrible. I have tried 2 times in the last 6 months to obtain a passport from this office and both times the passports never came, there is no record of them with the US Passport department and the post office has no tracking information available for them. How do you “not know” where it’s at? We already had to reapply for it a second time after they “couldn’t tell me” where the first one was mailed to…The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and of no help, she set the phone done during our call to assist another client and I heard her conversation with them and she was extremely rude to them as well. She provided me no help or solutions to my problem and then hung up the call on me before I was done. Avoid this branch at all cost if you ever want anything handled correctly and professional. I will go try and get my passport a THIRD time from somewhere else

This lady is the rudest, snarkiest person to deal with. And it's not a one time issue. She is so condescending. Idk what happened in this woman's life to cause her to have such an awful attitude. But one would think that if I'm rude to people, they won't want to return and if they don't return, I won't have a job. Just a thought lady! Retire if you hate your job so much.

Something is wrong with this place, first it said they weren't able to deliver my package due to no access which is lie. The next day it said that my package says that it's being held at their facility at customer's request which is a total lie. I've never talked to them. This facility should be investigated.** Update received my an empty package inside of a bag saying "sorry you package was damaged"Avoid this place at all costs

A hidden (literally) gem! Yes, it is cash only, but there is never a line. Never. I drive 3 miles past my local post office to ship from here.

The staff is always helpful. Nice place to get stamps if you are a collector; the sheets are not bent and damaged like you sometimes find at the bigger post offices.

I went into this post office without having ever gone to a post office in my life - I brought my package here and told her I didn’t quite l ow what the next step was. She threw a paper and pen at me and told me to write the address. Then I had to go back to my car to get cash because they don’t take card (???). When I got back she had me tape my paper to my box and when I handed it to her she made nasty comments about my tape job & re-taped it in front of my face. She was completely rude & disrespectful and I will definitely never be back at this post office. I couldn’t believe somebody could treat a customer with so much nastieness. I would give this 0 stars if possible.
