Called Friday for a med refill, how it goes, I call Rite Aid, they call my doc and it happens, like plenty of times before. Not this time. I get my meds refilled at Rite Aid always, no matter where I am, always work with me. So I need anti-psychotic medication, if I stop it, bad news. I call her back, she says the doc didn't answer them. I call the doc, they never got it. I'll believe my doctor before some stranger. She never called it in, for 5 days now. When I did call to see what was going on, she was terrible to me, told me to be professional of all things. I will never go there again after this. No way someone talks to another in a crisis like that. I'll be talking to her and her manager tomorrow. I'm going to sit there and watch her call my doc, then call my doctor to see if she did. I get it, its a shitty job but still do it. You work in customer service, your going to deal with upset people, get use to it. I've been off my meds for 5 days now, sweating, freaking out haven't been able to eat or sleep. UGH. I will do my best to make her lose her job. See, my doc has records of phone calls, they don't, I can ask my doc about this and they will prove what happened. They even said so on the phone with me. Whatever this woman is going through, don't take it out on me. "If I end up in the hospital because of your mistake, I'll come after this place" She said "I'm so scared" Really? And you want me to be professional? Maybe say, "Lets work this out, I'll work on making this right" Like I said, she is rude and needs a new job. There use to be a really nice guy there who filled your script in 5 minutes, not her. I'm going to vent here so when I go up there I don't tear her apart. In person, I'll ask for a request, watch her call, call my doctor, see what happens. She at first already was questioning that fact I got my meds for a different Rite Aid and said that she couldn't do it, a lie, they have done it before. I had a script sent to a different place then I was at, guy still filled it. Don't mess with someone off their meds. Thankfully it wasn't a life saving medication. Like I said, I'm going to be talking to her manager/supervisor in the morning.
